Fellow friends and colleagues in the video game industry,

the summer has come, the football world cup has gone and we’re all still here, sweating in the sun. In order to provide a little distraction from the heat, the IGDA Munich would like to invite you all to join us for a barbecue and free drinks at the Isar shore.

    Date: Thu, 05 August 2010
Place: Reality Twist GmbH, Berg-Am-Laim-Str. 64, 81673 Munich (Map)
    Time: 18:00

The objective of IGDA events is to get to know each other, to get informed together, to exchange opinions and to socialise while having as much fun as possible doing so.

Since it’s summer time now, the sun is shining and temperatures are rising, we thought it might be a good idea not to stay indoors and instead have a nice barbecue. We will bring BBQs – drinks and food are taken care of by Artificial Technology, Reality Twist and the Cluster audiovisuelle Medien, while stocks last. Feel free to bring your own meat or vegetables for your taste too.

We are looking forward to your numerous appearances and would like to ask you, to please let us know per Email, on our website or via our Facebook and LinkedIn groups if you’re coming by.

Fellow friends and colleagues in the video game industry,

Now, that the Oktoberfest is almost over and people return back to their normal lives, we thought it might be just the time to have a new IGDA Munich chapter meeting.

    Place: Chimera Entertainment
Augsburger Str. 8, 80337 Munich (Map)
    Time: 19:30

The objective of IGDA events is to get to know each other, to get informed together, to exchange opinions and to socialise while having as much fun as possible doing so.

The topic of this chapter meeting is “Art and Design” and these are the presentations:

Clemens Hochreiter (Reality Twist) : “Modo als 3D Tool für die Spielebranche”
Markus Hof (CipSoft) : “Episodischer Content für konsistente Welten”

We are taking care of drinks and food and we are looking forward to your numerous appearances and would like to ask you, to please let us know per Email, on our website or via our Facebook and LinkedIn groups if you’re coming by.

On another matter, we are happy to see the new IGDA Chapter Switzerland has been founded last week. They are still looking for speakers for their first meeting titled “Starting the game” on 6 November. If you feel interested, please send us an Email. We wish them good luck with their plans and hope to see more chapters opening all over the world.

Fellow friends and colleagues in the video game industry,

the summer is here and now, as we’re rushing to the beer gardens on weekends, we would like to invite you to the IGDA Munich beer garden 2009 with Marchsreiter Communications.

    Date: Tue, 28 July 2009
Place: Marchsreiter Communications, Guldeinstr. 41a, 80339 Munich (Map)
    Time: 19:00

The objective of IGDA events is to get to know each other, to get informed together, to exchange opinions and to socialise while having as much fun as possible doing so.

Since its summer now, the sun is shining and temperatures are rising, we thought it might be a good idea not to stay indoors and instead have an evening in a beer garden. We’d like to send out a special Thanks to Dieter Marchsreiter, who we’re teaming up with again for the second IGDA beer garden experience, sharing an evening of cold beer, suckling pig and hearty pretzels.

Drinks and food are taken care of by Trinigy, the Cluster Audiovisuelle Medien here in Munich and Marchsreiter Communications, who are organising the event, while stocks last. We are looking forward to your numerous appearances and would like to ask you, to please let us know per Email, on our new website or via our Facebook and LinkedIn groups if you’re coming by.
